Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Studypath. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and what happens in it. Keep access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in. Studypath is meant for students aged 16 and over.
Your material
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Studypath for you: extracting text, building your plan, and writing lessons and questions. Only upload material you're allowed to use for your own studying. Your files are private to your account and we never publish them.
AI-written content
Studypath uses AI to read your syllabus, organise your material, and write questions and, in AI-made courses, lessons. AI can make mistakes. Content written by AI is labelled, and you can report errors. Check anything important against your course, your textbook or your instructor. Studypath is a study aid: it doesn't replace your course and can't guarantee any grade or exam result.
The free plan
Studypath is free for up to three active courses. We may change limits or add paid features later; we'll tell you before anything you already use changes.
Fair use
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or data.
- Don't upload anything illegal or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Don't attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to run automated bulk jobs.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Studypath running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost study time or exam results, arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Ending your account
You can stop using Studypath at any time. To delete your account and data, email us (a contact address will be added here shortly). See the privacy policy for what we store and how it's deleted.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date, and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect.
